   I love raw food juicing It's how food is supposed to be. Pure nutrition, straight from the ground to the mouth.. Packed with vitamins and fiber. This juice is very refreshing and revitalizing, a great treat to enjoy year round. Great also on a cool Fall afternoon. Recipe is very simple.

3 Apples, peeled and cored.
1 bag of Carrots, peeled, chopped in pieces
1 Pint Blueberries
1  3inch chunk of Ginger raw plant - or substitute 1 tbsp. Organic Ginger spice
1 3 inch chunk of Tumeric raw plant - or substitute 1  tbsp. Organic Tumeric spice
1 to 1 1/2 cups  Water
Put each ingredient in blender, one at a time, blend, add water as needed for consistency and blend until smooth.
You can strain the pulp out if you like, for a lighter juice.
Personally I enjoy the whole plant and do not strain the pulp.
